From بوداق (budak, “branch; knot in a tree”) + ـسز (-sız, -suz, “-less”).

- (of a tree) branchless, twigless, unbranched, without branches, twigs, boughs, tillows, etc.
- Synonym: دالسز (dalsız)
- (of a tree) knotless, nodeless, enodal, without a protuberance or swelling on its trunk
