From تكه (teke, “billy-goat”) + ـلمك (-lemek, suffix forming infinitives from nouns or adjectives).

تكهلمك • (tekelemek)
- (intransitive, for a male kid) to become full grown
- (intransitive, for a billy-goat) to be in heat
- (intransitive, figuratively) to become furious, or choleric
