Etymology
A misspelling of すき (suki, “like”). Said to have originated on a livestream ~2012 on Nico Nico Douga as a result of a typographical error, as the site encouraged quick interactions so that one's comment would be shown on stream (with early comments being displayed directly overtop the video).[1]
Adjective
すこ • (suko) -na (adnominal すこな (suko na), adverbial すこに (suko ni))
