     고통스러운 생활속으 견지지 못해서 돈버니 하다 즁국에 간다는 (사람들은).... 그 환경 봤디.

     Gotongseureoun saenghwalsog-eu gyeonji-ji mothae-seo donbeoni hada junggug-e ganda-neun (saram-deur-eun).... Geu hwan'gyeong bwat-di.

     Those people who couldn't endure the pains of living [in Korea] and had gone to China to earn money... they saw the scene unfold.

• As of 2019, the current older generation in Yanbian most commonly uses 즁국 (Jungguk). The generation before them used 듕국 (Dyungguk), no longer used nowadays; younger people, influenced by public education taught in the North Korean standard and by media from South Korea, use Standard Korean 중국 (Jungguk).
