- Forms passive voice.
- беру (beru, “give”) + -іл (-ıl) → берілу (berılu, “to be given”)
- Дүкен ашылды.
- Düken aşyldy.
- The store was opened.
Usage notes
This suffix has special endings -ын/-ін/-н, when the root already has the "л" sound in it.
