Cidade Maravilhosa

Literally, “marvelous city”. Popularized by the namesake Carnival march written by André Filho and recorded by him and Aurora Miranda, Carmen Miranda's sister, in 1934. The song became the official anthem of the city of Rio de Janeiro in 1960.
