Affix of Kris(toffer) +‎ ll (gemination) +‎ -e (hypocoristic suffix).

For some reason the gemination of s has been replaced with l, mimicking the form of diminutives such as Kalle, Lelle, Pelle and Ville. The expected form, Krisse, can be used but is less common.
