Xジェンダー

Wasei eigo (和製英語; pseudo-anglicism), derived from X +‎ gender. The X is likely from the sense "Intersex or non-binary (in passports and identification documents)." First used in the queer communities of Kansai, specifically Osaka and Kyoto^[1]. See Xジェンダー.

     People who express high ASD traits may experience instability in their gender identity due to the instability of self-identity as a personality trait, or they may be justifying maladjustment based on their own traits by identifying with the opposite sex. In such cases, their gender identity is called X-gender (such as androgynous, agender, neutral, or indeterminate), or they could be transgender, and this is thought to differ from case to case.
