A combination of the slang terms aura (“person's unique charismatic aesthetic”) +‎ farming (“repetitive behavior to procure a desired outcome”).

aura farming (uncountable)

(fandom slang, ACG) The behavior of a (fictional) character exaggerating certain desirable character traits (i.e. overall “aura”), such as their own charm, via characteristic tropes, perceived as intentional on their part but unintentionally comical or hard to take seriously.
