From Romani kurel/kūrel[1] (also spelled kúrel) or kurrel (“to have sexual intercourse, to copulate”).[2] Both references from Sittesduma. Magyar börtönszlengszótár (’Jail Lingo. A Dictionary of the Hungarian Prison Slang’) by Tamás Kis.
