kelecoş (dialectal)

  1. (Amasya, Artvin, Iğdır, Erzincan, Van, Elazığ, Sivas) a dish made of roast and low-fat cheese placed over chopped bread or yufka
  2. (Kars) a drink made of garlic yogurt poured over grated beetroot
  3. (Van) a dish made of fried onions, lentils, walnuts etc.
