stāstījums m (1st declension)

1. story, narration, narrative (the finished action or result of narrating; that which is narrated)

   raits stāstījums ― agile narrative

   interesants stāstījums ― interesting narrative

   pārtraukt skolēna stāstījumu ― to interrupt the student's narrative

   pierakstīt strēlnieka atmiņu stāstījumus ― to write down a rifleman's memories (lit. memory narratives, stories)

   stāstījuma teikums ― narrative sentence (i.e., the kind of sentence used in narration)
