Etymology

From zdraj (to swell, to make swell), a prefixal derivative from Proto-Albanian *d(e)ranja (compare Sanskrit दृणाति (dṛṇāti, to burst) and Ancient Greek δέρω (dérō, to skin, to flay)).[1]
