In macOS, keypress of Command + H hides the current application from view, and keypress of Command + Option + H hides all other applications from view.
But when I attempt this during a meeting in Microsoft Teams app, the MS Teams app hides for a brief moment, then it reappears with what appears to be a second, smaller version of the app window, and finally that second window disappears.
All I want is for this app to behave like every other app has ever. I have looked through the app settings and on the internet to no avail.
- macOS: 15.4.1 (24E263)
- Teams: Version 25060.203.3471.5023 (25060.203.3471.5023)
I attempted to screenshot, but it happens too quickly. Instead I made a screen-recording, but video upload is not permitted here. So here are screenshots from my screen-recording:
1: I am in a Teams meeting. Behind this app I have open blank documents in MS Excel and MS Word.
2: I hit commandH. For a moment, it behaves properly, hiding Teams app, which reveals Word and Excel apps.
3: A moment later, Teams app reappears, plus a miniature duplicate Teams app window appears.
4: And another quick moment later, the added window disappears, though the actual Teams app window remains.
Expected behavior is that Teams app window should hide. There should be no hide-and-reappear. There should be no added mini-window.
