I have a problem with my Outlook. My mails are getting deleted after 3 months. I am not able to get back those if required. Because of this I am losing some important emails in Outlook. How can I get back these emails?

Outlook has a function called 'auto archive'. You can use this to move 3 month old mails to an archive folder before they are deleted.
If this is already turned on and the archive folder is not connected in your list of mailboxes then this might also be what is causing your mails to go missing. In which case it will be easily rectified on most outlooks installs via 'file' 'open' outlook datafile' (browse to file). In Outlook 2012 seems to lack this option and forces you do to the same thing via the control panel.

I have a similar issue. Until a week ago, I could see emails I had saved in my Yahoo personal folders (after Yahoo upgraded) on my Windows 7 laptop dating back to more than a year. Unbeknownst to me, M.S. upgraded my desktop Windows 7 to Windows 10 a few days ago. Almost immediately, I saw that a lot (not all) of my Yahoo personal folders only had emails dating back to not more than 3 months. Fortunately, I found guidance in a blog that allowed me to change "3 months" to "any time". After making that change and synching my emails several times over the period of several hours, the 3 month finally restriction was eliminated and I can once again access my earlier saved emails. Here's the catch, once the issue with the desktop was resolved, I could no longer access the older emails on my laptop. I have no clue if the two are related and cannot find similar guidance for Windows 7.
