I'm having an issue with Windows 8's Metro Messaging app. It sends duplicate message to a user if they're accessing Facebook with a smartphone.

Any message I send, appears twice, however user receives only single message.

Is there any solution for this?

Make sure that your messaging metro app is update to date. I would also check that all Windows updates are up to date, and installed.
