balabolka cannot synthesize the speech class not registered
I downloaded free SAPI5 TTS voices from zero2000 and when I try to select them (Michaelle, Michelle or Mary, Mike) in Balabolka it throws an error:

Balabolka options don't save and reset to default every run
I have to set my preferences in Balabolka in "Options -> Settings" anew every time I reopen this program.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? How did you solve it?
I use windows 10. My user has admin rights.

Balabolka seems to have a limit on the pause length.
