Åp-höjd

Compound of Å (letter) +‎ p (letter) +‎ höjd (“height”). From the practice in typography, where the uppercase letter Å typically touches the uppermost limit and the lowercase letter p often touches the lowermost limit. Thus forming the full height between the limits.
