Cognate with Old East Slavic -нѧти (-nęti), Russian -ня́ть (-njátʹ), Old Ruthenian -нѧ́ти (-njáti), Ukrainian -ня́ти (-njáty), Belarusian -ня́ць (-njácʹ).
