Transliteration of Urdu خیبر پختونخوا (xaibar paxtūnxvā), from خیبر (xaibar, “Khyber”) + پختونخوا (paxtūnxvā, “Land of the Pashtun”), literally “the Khyber side of the Pashtun heartland”.
