Windows: Why can't I enter emojis using their UNICODE codepoint value via hexadecimal numpad input?
After enabling hexadecimal UNICODE input in Windows, I'm not able to enter emojis using their hexadecimal UNICODE code point. Windows only shows their UNICODE value but not the emoji character.
