Create extra "special" mailbox in Mail.app
Anyone knows if i can add an extra mailbox under "Mailboxes" in Mail.app (or if a plugin exists to do this)?
not a Smart mailbox, no mailbox under "on my mac" but just another icon under "mailboxes" as shown in the screenshot below.

Outlook 2007 client-side rules on a shared mailbox - not automatic
Anyone seen this issue before - a user has to manually select and run his Outlook rules for a shared Mailbox. For some reason the do not run automatically. Known issue perhaps? Runs fine for his Inbox.

Do you have to open the Mailbox Mac App for it to return emails to your inbox?
Mailbox provides a method to delay your emails until later. After a time, the emails will re-appear in the inbox allowing you to deal with it then.
