Zì Huò Guāng hōng hòu, shǐ gōng wànjī, lì jīng wéi zhì, wǔrì yī tīng shì. [Pinyin]
After the death of Huo Guang, the emperor began to personally oversee all affairs of state, diligently applying himself to governance and holding court every five days.

This form first attested in 1128 in Li Gang's autobiography 建炎進退志.
