     Cónglái hǎoshì tiānshēng jiǎn, zìgǔ guār kǔ hòu tián. Nǎiniáng cuībī jǐn jūqián. Shèn shì yán, yuè jiàn zǔ yuè qíng xiān. [Pinyin]

     Love affairs are bound to be restricted, as melons are first bitter and then sweet. The pressure of mother is as tight as the biting pincers. Very stern indeed, yet the more obstructions, the more agreeable between us.
