囿制

1. (rare) to be caught

     原訟法庭可命令任何持有可變現財產的權益的人，就被告或受本條例囿制的饋贈的收受人所持有的實質權益，將原訟法庭所指示的款項交付接管人；款項交付後，原訟法庭可下令將有關財產的任何權益予以移轉、授予或取消。 [MSC, trad.]

     Yuánsòngfǎtíng kě mìnglìng rènhé chíyǒu kě biànxiàn cáichǎn de quányì de rén, jiù bèigào huò shòu běn tiáolì yòuzhì de kuìzèng de shōushòu rén suǒ chíyǒu de shízhì quányì, jiāng yuánsòngfǎtíng suǒ zhǐshì de kuǎnxiàng jiāofù jiēguǎn rén; kuǎnxiàng jiāofù hòu, yuánsòngfǎtíng kě xiàlìng jiāng yǒuguān cáichǎn de rènhé quányì yǔyǐ yízhuǎn, shòuyǔ huò qǔxiāo.      The Court of First Instance may order any person holding an interest in realisable property to make such payment to the receiver in respect of any beneficial interest held by the defendant or, as the case may be, the recipient of a gift caught by this Ordinance as the Court of First Instance may direct and the Court of First Instance may, on the payment being made, by order transfer, grant or extinguish any interest in the property.
